Are you a new mom who's looking to get active with your little one by your side? BYOB is for you! Meet new moms, get moving with postpartum-friendly kickboxing workouts, and have FUN! Classes run as 6-week sessions Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am or 3:30 pm.
All you have to bring is your baby, whatever you need to keep them entertained and some water!!
We have fun with kickboxing and post-partum friendly exercises and stretches. All combos can be taken at your own pace and modified as needed. We want to make sure you are comfortable while working out.
