Yes! We have free trials available anytime for kids and adults! Visit our Contact Us section for more details
Our kids and adult program is ongoing all year round! There is no start or end date. The only program with a start date is our Wee Warrior classes that run for 6 weeks at a time.
We have classes for kids aged three and up!
You do not need any experience to try out a class! All our classes are very beginner friendly with great instructors to help guide you during class.
We offer several bi-weekly membership options depending how many days a week you want to train. We also offer family memberships! Ask us about all our different options!
